Payment All prices are quoted in NZD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD. Orders cannot be processed until payment (including delivery charges) are received in full. We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover. You may also place a credit card order by telephone or fax. We also accept cheques and postal orders. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
Delivery Vara will endeavour to dispatch your order within seven days of receipt, subject to cleared funds, but shall not be liable for any delay in delivery how so ever caused. In the event of an item being out of stock, any refund due shall be provided within fourteen days.
Recipients outside of New Zealand are responsible for all local taxes and import duties.
Product Specification Vara shall make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate; however, our manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications without notice. Products may not exactly match any published photographs, which are for illustrative purposes only.
Returns Policy With the exception of any product worn next to the skin (which for hygiene reasons may only be returned unopened), any product may be returned within seven working days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). The customer is responsible for all charges incurred in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
