Our Vara Equestrian range is perfect for riders of all expertise; the Merino fibre has a scaly exterior which is hydrophobic (repels water), however the internal properties are hydrophilic which means that it draws moisture away from your skin, keeping your skin dry.This results in great breathability when you are working hard on a trail and great protection from the unexpected light rain shower. In addition, since Merino is such a fine fibre it can be weaved much tighter which means that it has low wind permeability, perfect for on the trail or around the paddocks.
